How to use LCD module and OLED display correctly

    Liquid crystal display module and OLED display are the display components of power terminals, instruments and other products. Its position is equivalent to CRT picture tube. LCD module is mainly divided into screen and backlight module. The two parts are assembled together, but they work independently of each other (i.e. the circuits are not related). LCD module is widely used in many places, generally speaking, the electronic industry will almost use it. So when you use these products, you must pay special attention to the correct way to use them. As we all know, liquid crystal is a kind of material between solid and liquid, which can't emit light. You need to use additional light source. Therefore, the number of lamps is related to the brightness of LCD. The correct use of LCD module is as follows:

1. LCD module display screen is made of glass, do not apply mechanical impact, such as falling from height. If the display is damaged and the internal LCD leaks, do not let it enter the port. If it gets on clothes or skin, wash it quickly with soap and water.

2. If the LCD module works for a long time and displays the same pattern, the pattern will remain on the screen like a phantom, and there will be subtle contrast differences. If you want to regain the normal working state, you can temporarily stop using it for a while. It is worth noting that this phenomenon will not have an adverse effect on the reliability of the performance.

3. In order to reduce the generation of static electricity, do not carry out assembly and other work in a dry environment. The LCD module has a layer of film to protect the display screen. Be careful when removing this protective film, as static electricity may be generated.

4. Minimize electrode corrosion. Water droplets, moisture condensation or current in high temperature environment may accelerate electrode corrosion.

5. At low temperature, liquid crystal solidification will lead to directional defects or bubbles. When the liquid crystal module is subject to strong vibration at low temperature, bubbles will also be generated.

6. Do not touch the surface of the display screen or the ground.
